In 2012, we entered into EPC contracts with PT. Energi Sengkang, the project company, for the Company to provide equipment supply and construction services needed for construction, erection and commissioning of 120 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant in Sengkang, South Sulawesi, Indonesia.
PT. Energi Sengkang was expanding its business by adding extra capacity of 2x60 MW new additional machines to form the second combined-cycle power plant by incorporating the existing gas turbine GT21 with the additional gas turbine GT22 and steam turbine ST28.
The construction of the second Gas Turbine - GT22 and Steam Turbine - ST28 started in January 2012 and was completed in December 2013.
We provide services for the following works:
• Site preparation and civil works which include mobilization, general site work, buildings, structures, foundations, roads, covered areas, oily water separator and storm water drains.
• Mechanical works which include erection, installation, assembly and completions of 60 MW Siemens gas turbine and auxiliaries, 60 MW Alstom steam turbine and HRSGs, water intake, pre-treatment and water treatment system, cooling tower and auxiliaries pumps, overhead travelling crane; and fire protection and detection.
• Electrical and instruments and control systems works which include cables terminations and connections, power outlets, earth grid, lightning protection, gas turbine and generator control system, steam turbine and generator control system, DCS, SCADA, telecommunication system, HMI and CCR, signaling cables, power control centres, electrical control room, ventilation and air conditioning and lighting.
• Start up and commissioning tests.
